According to the industry, the market of melt spun nonwovens will continue to grow in the future.

"These production lines are driven by strategic investment and modernization demand. In different regions, new production lines are responding to the growth of the sanitary product market or replacing older production lines." Industry analyst David Prius explained that the increased demand for medical and health products in the market will promote the continuous expansion of the spinning and melting nonwovens field: the new customer team of the spinning and melting market in developing regions is growing rapidly, a large number of new high-tech enterprises are rapidly integrating into the market, while spinning and melting nonwovens manufacturers in developed regions are improving their production lines to make their products more cost-effective. In fact, in addition to medical and health products, some enterprises are gradually shifting their research and development efforts to industrial products. According to the statistics of professional institutions, the consumption of spinning and melting nonwoven products in industrial applications has reached 52%, slightly higher than the consumption in the health products market.

At present, there is overcapacity in the spinning and melting nonwoven material market in Europe and North America. However, the growth of demand for this technology in Asia and Africa, especially the high demand in China, will promote the substantial increase in the number of machines for spinning and melting nonwoven material production lines. In fact, Toray and Berry Group have announced their investment plans for new production lines in China.

With the rapid development of domestic economy and the improvement of residents' consumption level, consumers have higher and higher requirements for spunbonded nonwovens. Lightness, homogeneity and diversification have become a new development trend. Taking the diaper market as an example, domestic consumers' high requirements for the softness of melt spun nonwoven materials for diapers have prompted global manufacturers to adjust their production processes. Many companies choose to improve the softness of melt spun nonwoven materials by adding hot air bonding processes or improving the carding process. "Consumers and industries need lighter, softer and more refined sanitary products, so we also need to improve our production equipment to adapt to this change in demand." This has become the voice of the vast majority of melt spinning nonwoven material manufacturers.

As a kind of mechanical equipment, the non-woven fabric production line is still widely used in our life. However, the spunbonded non-woven fabric production line also needs maintenance. Let's have a brief understanding. First, the maintenance of spunbonded nonwoven production line mainly includes cleaning, fastening, adjustment, lubrication and anti-corrosion. Secondly, the mechanical departments of each project need to strictly carry out various maintenance work according to the maintenance manual and procedures of mechanical equipment and the specified cycle, reduce the wear rate of parts, eliminate the hidden trouble of failure, and extend the service life of machinery. Routine maintenance is required, focusing on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening. Routine inspection and maintenance shall be carried out before, during and after each shift. Routine maintenance is independently performed by the mechanical operator, and proper maintenance is required regularly.
